He is survived by : his children, Dawneeia Tobey, Clint Tobey (Marie) and Billy Tobey Jr.; his grandchildren, Faith Hopkins, McKenzi Owen, Krouix Hensley, Daniel Tobey and Tyler Tobey; and his siblings, Wendel Tobey (Nancy), Gary Tobey, David Tobey (Pam), Darlene Williams and Donna Smith (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
