He is survived by: his wife Karen Howard; his siblings, Norma, Herb "Hoodoo" and Gary; and his children, Dennis, Janet, Dan, Carol, April, Stephanie and Stacy. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Catoosa Hills Christian Church (18145 E Admiral Pl, Catoosa, OK 74015). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
