He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Augustine Miller and Violet Anna Miller (Stevens); his brother Scott Miller; and his grandsons, Grayson and Khamryn Reynolds.

He is survived by: his wife Angela Lee Miller of Catoosa, OK; his children, Dean Miller of Broken Arrow, OK, Joshua Miller of Tulsa, OK, Matthew Miller (Stephanie) of Mount Pleasant, PA, James Reynolds of Hamilton, AL, Ann Struthers (Clayton) of Oceanside, CA, Anthony Reynolds (Savanna) of Russellville, AR and Kristina Reynolds of Russellville, AR; his siblings, David Miller (Donna Latrobe), Frances Early (John) of Sapulpa, OK and Les Miller of Bonnie, IL; and his sister-in-law Debra Miller of Haskell, OK. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
