With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Riggs in Catoosa, Oklahoma, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on February 29, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Hicks and Joan Hicks (Murphy). She is survived by : her son Jim Riggs (Janet); and her siblings, Maureen Moscove (Steve) and Joe Hicks (Mary). She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
