She is survived by: her husband Matt Willis; her children, Kendall Penley (Josh Penley), Cody West, Andrew Willis (Nicole Willis), Allie Haley and Josh Haley; her grandchildren, Drew, Nora, Eli, Addie and Nick; her mother Doris Younger; her brother Doug Younger (Sandra); and her nieces and nephews, Bailey and Sam.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Catoosa Hills Christian Church (18415 E Admiral Pl, Catoosa, OK 74015).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kim's memory to Catoosa Hills Christian Church.
