She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Hess and Vera Delpha Hess (Gragg); her sons, William Anthony "Tony" Cason and Samuel David Cason; her siblings, Charlie Hess, Oneta Ragsdale, Lillian Coleman, Lester Hess, Evelyn Essary, Christine Hites, Earl Hess, Helen Keck and Wilma Medlock; and her grandson Samuel David Cason.
She is survived by: her former husband William Monroe Cason; her children, Jessica Sue Cason, Sean Rey Novak, Amanda Dawn Novak-Hinkle, Patrick, Asher, Gretchen, Emmarie Novak, Christopher and Alexis Gray; her husband Carl Jefferson Gray; her daughter Lynn Roach; and her sisters, Glenda Sisney and Janis Greer Opal.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
