It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gerald Waner (Chandler, Oklahoma), born in Guthrie, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 23, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Gilbert and Mary Pearl Waner (Simpson). He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his daughter Amanda (J. J.); and his grandson James. He is also survived by his four children; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; and other family and friends.

“David was a cherished friend of mine that I met in 1971. I just found out about his death and would like to offer my condolences to amanda. I last spoke with him in early march and he was struggling with his health. God bless his family. I will miss him dearly. Just felt in my spirit today that maybe he had passed when he didnt answer my texts inquiring how he was feeling. I had same name as his wife which is coincidental. My name is dorothy jane also but I go by jane.i hope someday we can meet.”
