He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Hart and Gladys Hart (Conrad) of Chandler; his wife Ruth Ann; his son Randy Hart of Edmond, OK; and his brother Edward Hart (Barbara) of Ponca City, OK..

He is survived by : his brother Bob Hart (Candace) of Pottsboro, TX. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Conrad would have felt honored by the prospect of donations in his memory either to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation or the Chandler First United Methodist Church.
