He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Jayna Phillips; spouse (predeceased): Kathy Phillips; sons: Jeff Phillips (LeeAnn) and Logan Phillips (Kyla); daughters: Cheyenne Slagle (Dan) and Haley Slagle (Dibs); brother: W. A. "Dub" Phillips (Michelle); sisters: Linda Cooper (Jim), Arvella Cochrane, and Virginia Brazier (Randy); parents: parents; sister (predeceased): Jackie Karrow; grandchildren: Jessica, Cameron, Juliana Jackson (Justin), Ella Phillips and Maddy Linthicum; great grandchild: Ronin Pollock; officiant/assistant: Matthew Chebahtah and Vivian Garza; other: Jypsy (pet); and other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel (202 E Colorado Ave, Walters, OK 73572).
