He was predeceased by: his father Don Blizzard; and his father-in-law Don Dowdy. He is survived by: his mother Sammie Lea Blizzard (Barrett); his wife Karen Dowdy; his son Nicholas Blizzard (Krystal); his grandchildren, Maddux of Mustang, OK and Lincoln of Mustang, OK; his son Brady Blizzard (Kaley) of Sapulpa; his siblings, Mike Blizzard (Kim) of Checotah and Natalie Sims (David) of Sherman, TX; and his mother-in-law Helen Dowdy of Checotah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family.
