She is survived by: her husband David Brooks; her sons, Michael Carter, Jeremy Carter and Kendon Carter; her siblings, Troy and Lena Carter; her siblings-in-law, Ricky, Don, Hank, Lula and Sondra; her close friend Freda McNac; and her cousin Eunice Warrior. She is also survived by 12 grandkids, many great grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
