She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Castleberry and Reba Castleberry; her grandparents, Bill, Lenora Crenshaw, Hoover and Helen Castleberry; and her uncle Ronnie Crenshaw.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Phillips; her children, Lindsey Davidson (Nathan) of Checotah, Billie Glover of Checotah and Brother Danny Castleberry of Broken Arrow; her close friend Vicki Hamm of Checotah; her grandchildren, Taylor Pollard (Trent) of Claremore, Emily Davidson of Claremore, Jake Davidson of Claremore, Macee of Checotah and Caden Glover of Checotah; and her great grandchild Hadley Pollard of Claremore.
