He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Alley and Alice Alley (Groves); his wife Barb Alley; and his brothers, Paul and Glenn Alley.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Alley (Lilie) and Rebecca Alley; his grandchildren, Bobby Alley (Allison), Katelyn Alley, Cooper Bridge (Lauren) and Bobby Ambrose (Lindsey); his great grandchild Elijah; and his grandson Nicholas Plum (Laney).
