He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Miner and Virgie Miner; and his brother Thomas Earl Miner. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Miner; and his children, David William Miner (Cindy) of Indianola, Don Miner (Debbie) of Checotah, Beth Ann Massey (John) of Watonga, Paula Jean Sizemore (Marcus) of Barnsdall and Cindy Lee Montgomery (Steven) of Eufaula. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 1 great, great grandchild.
