He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Daney and Maggie Daney (Billy); and his siblings, Lavada Daney, Vivian Carson, Sauline Isaac, Inez Shockley, Monte Daney, Harris Daney and Solomon Daney Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Gwen Buday of Checotah and Jacqueline Coleman of Warner; his granddaughter Misty Blevins (Jason Bumgarner) of Checotah; his daughters, Kyle Daney of Checotah, Cassandra Buday of Checotah and Shanassi Coleman of Warner; and his great grandchildren, Braeden Blevins, Landon Bumgarner, Ryan Buday, Everl and Jaxxyn Buday.
