He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Baker and Ruby Baker (Patterson); and his siblings, Billy Joe Baker, Virgil Baker, Lois McFall and Kathy Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Baker; his children, Robert Baker of Checotah and Kimberly Baker of Checotah; his siblings, Jacky Baker (Debbie) of Muskogee, Deana Whisenhunt of Checotah, Mary Brown (Junior) of Tulsa and Jean Jones (Marion) of Henryetta, Texas; his grandchildren, Emery Wilbanks (Nick) of Checotah and Bronson Baker of Checotah; and his great grandchildren, Adien Wilbanks, Elee Wilbanks and Marlee Wilbanks.
