He is survived by: his wife Patricia Herron; his children, Kayla Hamby (William) of Checotah, Kerry Herron of Checotah and Parker Herron of Checotah; his grandchildren, Jonah Marshall, Bryce Marshall, Jason Hamby, Addyson Carter and Kylah Herron; and his brother Buck Herron (Pat) of Tulsa. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
