He is survived by: his mother Cathy Johnson (Cooper); his sons, Adam and Carson; his brother Greg Johnson (Sarah); his nephews, Blake Johnson (Kaylee) of Checotah, Cody Johnson of Checotah and Dalton Johnson of Checotah; his aunt Margaret Cantwell; and his uncle Don Johnson (Glenda). He is also survived by numerous cousins, and other extended family.
