She is survived by: her child Kyle Hays (Katie Markey) of Tulsa; her granddaughter Chelsea Hays (Brody Cochran); and her siblings, Kay Nichols (Gary) of Checotah, Charlcie Kennedy (Larry) of Tahlequah, Virginia Allen of Danville, Arkansas, Mary Polk (Mike) of Collinsville, Matt Vandiver (Lisa) of Checotah and Carlye Thompson (Jerry) of Checotah.
