He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sullivan and Thelma Sullivan (Dahl). He is survived by: his wife Helen Sullivan (Anderson); his children, Kimberly Wallace of Anza and Terry Sullivan of Checotah; and his grandsons, Jared Wallace and Adam Wallace.
