With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Earnie Myers of Checotah, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Myers and Ida Myers (Needham); his sister Hazel Ray; and his grandson Dereck Schons. He is survived by: his wife Merle Hefty; his children, Rodney Myers (Amy) of Broken Arrow and Michele Dupont (Danny) of Muskogee; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Jobe (Shane) of Broken Arrow, Matthew Myers (Brittany) of Jenks, Ben Schons (Jessica) of Norman, Madison Dupont (Madeline) of Muskogee and Katie Dupont of Tulsa; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Willow Schons, Camille, Olive Jobe and Elijah Myers; and his siblings, Jerry Wayne Myers (Evelyn) of Owasso, Cathy Myers Jenkins of Checotah and Joan Myers Lange (James) of Checotah.
