She is survived by: her husband Keith Jenkins; her sons, James Michael Wolken of California, Justin Anthonius Wolken of California, Leslie Bothke of Florida and Floyd Bothke of Missouri; and her sister Chrissy Puffer (Kyle) of Muskogee.
