With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lee Headrick of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 27, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton A. Headrick and Clarsia "Clarsy" M. Headrick (Keaton); his wife Mary Ellen Headrick (Walker); his children, Scott G. Headrick and Michaela K. Headrick; and his siblings, Carmie Smith (Battenfiled), Margie Sisney (Battenfield), Wadie Battenfield, Doreen Headrick, Christine Wofford (Headrick) and Phyllis Pinson (Headrick).
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy S. Headrick of Fort Gibson and Donna P. Headrick (Angela) of Richland Hills, TX; his son-in-law Shawn Rose of Tulsa; and his siblings, Clarence "Cotton" Headrick of Broken Arrow, Cleola Taylor (Headrick) of Tulsa and Charlene Curtis (Headrick) of Owasso. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) as an expression of sympathy.
