He is survived by: his wife Donna Reeve; his children, Talisa Reeve (Jamie Byrnes), Jesse Stout of Checotah and Paige Stout of Wichita Falls, Texas; and his siblings, Jack Stout (Judi) of Muskogee, Debbie Stout of Muskogee, Susie Engelbretson of Muskogee and Janie Strickland (Randy) of Muskogee.
