She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry and Minnie Mae Carr (Austin); her husband David Marrs Rush; her granddaughter Maggie Rush; and her son Paul Rush.
She is survived by: her sons, David Stephen Rush (Robin) of Chesterfield, MO, Mike Rush of Norman, OK, Jeffrey Rush (Jane) of Owasso, OK and Mark Rush of Moore, OK; and her grandchildren, Keely West, David Bryan Rush, Jason Rush, Thomas Rush, Sarah Carabias-Rush, Melissa Mattey, Meghan Rush, Elizabeth Rush and Chae Rush. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family, a lifetime of friends and wonderful caretakers.
In her later years Juanita struggled with the effects of Alzheimer's disease yet managed to still touch others with her genuine love.
