He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Howell of Pierce, Oklahoma; his wife Tricia Mellencamp; his grandson Kanaan; his children, Katelyn Walker (Levi) of Checotah, Oklahoma, Jordyn Lovett of Checotah, Oklahoma and Ridge Howell of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Remi Walker of Checotah, Oklahoma, Scout Lovett of Checotah, Oklahoma, Andi Walker of Checotah, Oklahoma and Acee Blue of Checotah, Oklahoma; his siblings, Glen Howell of Yale, Oklahoma, Steve Jones (Micci) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Martana Dill (Randy) of Pierce, Oklahoma, Barry Howell (Brenda) of Checotah, Oklahoma and Anna Lynn Newton (Tim) of Pierce, Oklahoma; his siblings-in-law, Bobby Mellencamp (Laura) of Houston, Texas and Pam Mellencamp of Edmond, Oklahoma; and his mother-in-law Susan Bussinger of Council Hill, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by friends and family members.
