He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Matthews Arnold and Jessie Imogene Armer (Whisenhunt); his wife Linda G. Arnold (Tedlock); and his sisters, Patsy Jo Rock and Billie Jean Branam.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Matthews Arnold (Valarie) of Eufaula, Heather Jean Lilienthal of Checotah, Larry Joe Arnold of Checotah and Lydia Shotwell of Okmulgee; his grandchildren, Shane Robert Arnold, Zoe Arnold, Miracle Winkle, Zack Morris, Morgan Shotwell, Sarah Shotwell and Jake Shotwell; his sisters, Donna Sue Sisemore of Checotah, Rose Dillon of Tahlequah, Cheryl Sexton (Jim) of Checotah and Vickie Mann of Checotah; his aunt Mildred Wooten of Checotah; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren.
