She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phillips and Zelma Irene Phillips (Leader); her husband Charles Don Ward "Indian"; her brother David Phillips; her nieces and nephews, Samantha Phillips, Misty Phillips, Nathan Addington and Bobby Gordon; her son-in-law David W. Ford; and her brother-in-law Deryl Gordon.
She is survived by: her daughter Traci Ford of Lenna; her grandchildren, Kara Palmer, Emily Ford and Daci Ford; her great grandchildren, Kannon and Tinsley Palmer; and her brother Jay Phillips (Janie, family: Jerry Phillips, Barbara Gordon, Phillis Matthews, Lola Phillips, Bill Phillips) of Catoosa.
