He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Dean Schroeder, Jr. and Elizabeth Jane Schroeder (Felton); his wife Patricia Cummings; and his brothers, Jacob Dean III, John Stephen and Alan Cary.
He is survived by: his daughter Anna Elizabeth Schroeder (Tim Bowles) of Grayson; his grandchildren, Emma, Kaylee and Brian; his siblings, David Schroeder of Montrose and Sarah Rose (Steve) of Erie; and his pet Bandit. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
