He was predeceased by : his father Lloyd Dean Myers. He is survived by : his children, Allyson Nicole (Bryan) of Richardson and Tyler Martin (Aubrielle) of Broken Arrow; his wife Karen; his mother Lavada Myers of Checotah; and his grandchildren, Jones, Merritt, Rhett and Jensen.
