He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Brasel and Mildred Brasel; and his brothers, Eugene and Joe. He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Brasel; his children, Nicole, Sytha, Zachariah, Charity and Evangel; his stepchildren, Cindy and Chris; his grandchildren, Gabby, Caleb, Joseph, Nickolas, Aidan, Bennett, Halle, Athena, Juliana, Lela, Ali, Malaysia, Jennifer, Michael and Jeff; and his close friend Darlin. He is also survived by several great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Neil's wish was that others donate to a charity he has supported for many years, International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
