With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Wilson of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 22, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Wilson and Lucille Wilson (Scuggins); his son Robert Wilson, Jr. (Sue) of Checotah; and his siblings, Gary, E. J. Wilson and Maxine Hayes (Doodle).

He is survived by: his wife Janice Wilson; his sons, Brian Wilson (Becky) of Stidham, Mark Wilson (Melissa) of Stidham, James Wilson (Ann) of Stidham, Jerry and Aretta Alfred of Checotah; the mother of his children Ann Wilson; his siblings, Dorothy Ellington, Jean Reeves, Peggy Fulkersin, Fran Mattias, Jerry Wilson, Becky Schorr, Betty Joslyn, Sherry Lou Medley and Terry Adams; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Lacoste and Gaila Wilson.
