He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hopper and Nina Hopper (Spears); and his siblings, Cindy Grogan (Terry) and Mike Hopper. He is survived by: his son Rocky Hopper II (Twyla) of O'Fallon, IL; his grandchildren, Tiara, Tavia and Tegan; and his nephew Randel Grogan of Tulsa.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made in Rocky's memory to the Arkansas Children's Hospital.
