He is survived by: his wife Denise Tarpley (Lucy); his daughter Misty Burnett (Harold) of Bixby; his granddaughters, Tatum Burnett of Bixby, Mackenzie Burnett of Bixby and Hannah Burnett of Bixby; his brother Charles Henderson (Mandy) of Checotah; his sibling's children, David Henderson and Kathleen Horton (Gerald); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zuriel and Luke.
