It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rubert Overmon of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Overmon and Pirilea Overmon (Huffman); and his former wife Vaida Overmon (Barry). He is survived by: his wife Jonita Overmon; his children, Neil Overmon (Marcia) of Redwood City, California, Cindy Mancuso (Mark) of Houston, Texas, Dauna Howard (Randy) of Muskogee and Michael Weaver of Muskogee; and his grandchild Vaida Overmon. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great -great grandchildren.
