She was predeceased by: her parents, John Samuel Barrett and Ina Barrett (Harris); her husband Don Blizzard; her son Andy Blizzard; and her siblings, Evelyn Anglin, Wanda Mantha, Nancy Hollingsworth and Rusty Barrett.

She is survived by: her children, Natalie Blizzard Sims (David) of Sherman, TX and Michael Blizzard (Kim) of Checotah; her daughter-in-law Karen Blizzard; her grandsons, David Scott Sims (Tiffany), Chad Blizzard (April), Nick Blizzard (Krystal), Tyler Blizzard (Julie) and Brady Blizzard (Kaley); her great grandchildren, Micah Blizzard (Keatyn), Landon Blizzard, Lilyanne Blizzard, Maddux Blizzard, Lincoln Blizzard, Bentley Blizzard, Rylie Blizzard, Saylor Blizzard, Scout Blizzard and Alayna Campos; her great great grandchild Carter "CJ" Blizzard; and her godson Shane Pennington.
