With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley JoAnn Guinn of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 16, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Shirley JoAnn leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Leo and Wilma Arvie Holden (Leming); and her brother Royce Holden. She is survived by: her children, Katie Mcguire (James) of Checotah, Richard Martin, Jonathan Guinn (Candy) of Longtown, Jacob Guinn (Jennifer) of Rhodes and James Guinn (Laura) of Checotah; and her siblings, David Holden of Enid and Judy Junkermeier (Kathy Bozanich) of Bixby. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
