He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Zelma Irene Phillips (Leader); his daughter Misty Phillips; his siblings, David Phillips and Linda Phillips; his sister-in-law Becky Phillips; his niece Samantha Phillips; his nephews, Nathan Addington and Bobby Gordon; his brother-in-law Deryl Gordon; and his nephew-in-law David Ford.

He is survived by: his daughters, Candia Stoneburner (Jeremy) of Checotah and Alicia Molino (Jerome) of Checotah; his grandchildren, Chase Turney, Jayston Stoneburner, McKenzie Phillips, Ciara Stoneburner, Jaxon Molino, Hayden Molino and Kayci Stoneburner; his great grandchildren, Carter Turney and Creed Turney; his pets, Little Red Weenie and E. B.; his siblings, Bill Phillips of Checotah, Jerry Phillips (Kim) of Checotah, Jay Phillips (Janie) of Catoosa, Phyllis Matthews of Catoosa and Barbara Gordon of Checotah; and his sister-in-law Lola Phillips of Checotah.
