He is survived by: his son Leslie Phillips; his grandchildren, Rebekah Gourley (Seth) of Checotah, Samantha Phillips of Checotah, Skyler Phillips of Checotah, Noah and Matthew Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Kash Gourley and Elizabeth Phillips.
