He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Marion and Carol Marion (McCall); and his brother Mel Spears. He is survived by: his wife Karen Harris; his children, Kelli Spilker (Christian) of Naples, FL and Joey Marion (Aimee) of Checotah; his grandchildren, Aidan (Ethan), Julien (Jesse), John, Leightia (Isaiah), Mark, Samantha, Nathaniel, Matigan, Lilly and Draven; his great grandchildren, Forrest, Georgia, Ever and Ira; his siblings, Joann Spears of Checotah, Steve Spears (Shirley) of Checotah and Sam Spears of Checotah; and his sibling-in-law Shadow (Shih Tzu).
