It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances L. Evans (Chelsea, Oklahoma), born in Vinita, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Lee and Joy Lee; her siblings, Virginia Hill (Doyle) of Vinita, Louis Lee Jr. and Carolyn Haney (Laroe) of Vinita; and her brothers-in-law, Lonnie Brixey of Vinita, Larry and Terry Evans of Chelsea.

She is survived by : her daughter Jamie Lawhon (Ronnie Lawhon); her grandchildren, Colton Evans, Jett Lawhon and Amanda Marshall; her husband Garry Evans of Chelsea; her children, Brian Evans (Brenda) of Big Cabin, Amanda (Justin Marshall) of Adair and Jeff Evans (Stacey) of Dibble; her siblings, Reva Brixey of Vinita and Robert Lee (Mae) of Claremore; and her sisters-in-law, Lynn Evans of Chelsea and Donna Evans of Tulsa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
