We are sad to announce that, on November 13, 2025, at the age of 92, Imo Budde of Chelsea, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Arnold and LaVedra Arnold; her siblings, David Arnold and Louise Apple; her former husband Edwin Oelenberger; and her great grandchild Ashley Rosamond.
She is survived by: her friend Robert "Bob" Budde; her husband Bob Budde of Chelsea; her children, Victoria Jean Marang (Mark) of Chelsea and Edwin "Eddie" Fred Oelenberger (Pam) of Statesville; her grandchildren, Vikki Marang, Jeremy Young of Broken Arrow, Ryan Oelenberger (Jennifer) of Statesville, Justin Marang of Claremore, Bonny Guerrero (Jose) of Chelsea and Jordan Oelenberger of Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Phoenix Young, Ronan Young, Kolden Oelenberger, Reid Oelenberger, Emma Guerrero, Elsie Guerrero, Emilia Guerrero and Mariano Guerrero; and her nephew Bucky Marang of Claremore. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
