He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Parks Sr. and Dorcas Jenetta Parks (Goates); his great grandchild Trace Blair; and his brothers, Robert, Floyd, Raleigh and Ronnie Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Merrilynn Sue Parks; his son Johnny Wayne Parks Jr. (Malinda) of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Thomas Parks (Janie), Cassie Parks, Vanessa Blair (Trent), Ben Parks (Gabrielle) and Caleb Parks (Shene); his great grandchildren, Jeremy, Jayclin, Brooks, Macy, Vincent, Ava, Rylee, Elliana, Noah and Johnny Walker; and his siblings, Eugene Parks, Dan Parks, Leon Parks (Betty) and Mary Littleton (Lloyd). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
