He is survived by : his wife Sandra Crittenden (Battenfield); his children, Joe Thompson, Marty Battenfield (Julie) and Leslie Brosh (Donald); his grandchildren, Bailey Joe Thompson, Nikki Jones, Johnna Jones, Johnny Jones, Erica Battenfield, Samantha Brosh, Alexis Brosh and Justin Battenfield (Breezie); his great grandchildren, Randy Don Battenfield (Hannah), Haylie Mulanax and Jerry Dawn Battenfield; his brother Lloyd "Chub" Thompson (Sylvia); and also, Waylon and Lonnie Battenfield. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
