He is survived by: his wife Brenda Chastain; his children, Sarah Villines, Andrew Cooke and Aaron Cooke (Trisha); his grandchildren, Damian Springsted (Alonna), Chrystal Springsted, Wayne Springsted, Rachel Villines, Kimberly Villines, Isiah Spivey-Cooke (Sadie), Breanna King and Corrine Cooke; his great grandchildren, Elias Springsted, Angel Spivey, Evellyn Spivey, Jerry Spivey and Matteo Barnes; and his siblings, Ouida Poythress, Robin Sutton, Katherine Skelton-Cooke and Mike Cooke.
