She is survived by : her children, John Hayworth Jr. (Rachel), Albert Hayworth (Anita), Terry Hayworth (Vickie), Ina Cody (Jestan) and Michael Hayworth; her grandchildren, Brook, Candy, Albert Jr., Justin, Sharon, Angell, Dani, Brandi, Bobby, Cody and Nicki; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Laney, Tru, Chi, Coulter of Bentley, T. J., Gus, Tensley, Stetson, Hagen, Luci, Katelynn, Kyle, Gina, Gracie, Madelynn, Morgan, Ethan, Travis, Jayce and Ashlynn; and her sisters, Janet McCord and Lana Sutterfield (DeWight). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
