She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Proctor and Juanita Proctor; and her brother Freddie Allen Proctor. She is survived by: her son Jesiah Proctor (Jayme); her siblings, Bill Proctor (Rita), Larry Proctor (Mary) and Joan Swaggerty (Joe); and her grandchildren, Melvin Proctor and Olivia Hill Proctor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
