He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Parks and Dorcus Jenetta Parks; his brothers, Robert Parks, Raleigh Parks and Ronnie Parks; his son Gary Wayne Parks; and his daughter-in-law Mary Arnedith Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Alveta Parks; his children, Bill Parks (Melanie) of Catoosa, Oklahoma and Nancy Edenfield (Gary) of Claremore, Oklahoma; his siblings, Eugene Parks of Chelsea, Oklahoma, John Parks (Merrilynn) of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Dan Parks of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Leon Parks (Betty) of Chelsea, Oklahoma and Mary Littleton (Lloyd) of Fouke, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Amber Breeden, April Rogers (Justin), Dustin Parks (Bridgett), Andrea Touchton (Michael), William Parks (Allison), Deric Parks (Carissa), Shareta Gonzales (Ryan) and Chloe Hite (Tanner); and his great grandchildren, Chase, Trevor, Adam Rogers, Emma, Eden, Easton Parks, Rylen, Owen, Ellen Touchton, Lucas Holcomb, Jay, Sage Parks, Zoe Parks, Melody and Lawson Gonzales. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
