It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Russell Garner (Chelsea, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Russell and Edna Margaret Garner (Huston); his children, Penni and Russell Lee; and his brothers, David and Larry Garner.

He is survived by : his wife Diana Elam-Miller; his children, Tracy Brooks (Brenda), Jeff Brooks and Shannon Long (Sean); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kathleen Burris, Timothy Stambollis, Donovan Padgett, Rodney Brooks, Jeffery Brooks, Brittany Miller, Steven Miller, Cory Long, Brook Ringquist, Layne Long and Dakota Long; and his siblings, George Garner (Linda), Billy Garner, Martha Jane Glover, Shelly Hull (Wesley) and Charlene Stage (Carl). He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
