He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dial and Virginia Dial; and his wife Sandra Eileen Dial. He is survived by: his children, David Lee Dial Jr. (Andrea), Mary Dial Applegarth (John Applegarth), Jeryl Dial Thorne (Steve Thorne) and Kara Dial Mann (Jerry Mann); his sister Lahoma Kessler; and his grandchildren, Steven, Ashley, Devin, Kylie, Taylor, Justin, Alix, Tori, Jasmyn, Carson and Charlie. He is also survived by his 11 great-grandchildren.
